Pitching 101: 3 More Balance Drills

The 3 drills in this video can be done anywhere and require nothing more than a ball, sock, or other object to pick up and a wall.

Balance is so important to young pitchers in order to be accurate, consistent, and to allow them to increase their velocity over time. Practicing these drills a few times a week will lead to improved results on the mound.
